Naval Academy organizes basic-level doctoral thesis defense

The Naval Academy has just held a doctoral thesis defense for two 14th-class graduate students in tactical training.

The academy's basic-level doctoral thesis evaluation council has approved the scientific background, learning process and scientific research results of PhD student Le Hoai Van and PhD student Ngo Ngoc Duy.

After listening to the PhD students present their thesis summaries, the council listened to the opposing opinions; the committee members commented and asked questions to the PhD students... According to the assessment, the thesis reflects the serious learning and research process of the PhD students. The research results have high scientific value and practical applicability, fully meeting the requirements of a doctoral thesis. After discussion, the thesis evaluation council held a closed meeting and voted, with the result of 7/7 votes in favor.

As a result, two doctoral students successfully defended their doctoral theses at the basic level and continued to edit and complete their theses to defend their doctoral theses at the Academy level.
