According to the Ministry of Construction , investors who want to build apartments need to be granted a construction permit after completing all detailed planning procedures, fire prevention and fighting permits, environmental impact assessment (if any) and other relevant documents. If the project requires planning adjustments or there are major changes compared to the previous permit, adjustment procedures must be carried out.
