According to statistics on the National Public Service Portal, the total number of online records received and processed in Quang Ngai province in August was more than 43,000 records, the total number of records processed on time was more than 40,000 records, the total number of records received late was 188 records, the total number of records processed overdue was 360 records.

To ensure that 100% of online applications submitted on the National Public Service Portal are received and processed on time, provincial departments, branches and sectors and commune-level People's Committees continue to instruct civil servants and public employees at agencies and units to strictly receive and process online applications submitted on the National Public Service Portal.

Direct relevant agencies and units to review, check and thoroughly handle online dossiers submitted on the National Public Service Portal that are slow to be received and overdue for processing. If dossiers are found to be out of sync with the actual receipt and processing on the Provincial Administrative Procedure Information System and the National Public Service Portal, promptly compile the list and send it to the Provincial People's Committee Office via the Provincial Public Administration Service Center for synthesis and consultation, and recommend the Government Office to make adjustments.
