On July 10, Lam Dong Provincial Youth Union announced that 1,267 youth union members were mobilized to support 124 administrative units including 103 communes, 20 wards and 1 special zone in the province. In particular, the youth force prioritized support in remote areas, ethnic minority areas and places with limited technological infrastructure.

Youth volunteer teams will coordinate with local authorities to edit and digitize population data, enter data, organize and store administrative records. At the same time, they will be on duty at the commune-level “one-stop shop” to support people, businesses, schools and mass organizations in carrying out administrative procedures, accessing and using online public services.

The union members also guided people to operate on public devices, install the VNeID application, use electronic identification accounts, access and submit documents via the National and local Public Service Portal.

Previously, during peak periods, youth union members in Lam Dong supported the processing of more than 4,700 sets of documents at administrative procedure reception points, contributing to improving service quality and operational efficiency of the e-government model at the grassroots level.
