Lam Dong determined to overcome difficulties, rise up with the country

On the morning of August 30, in Da Lat city, the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province launched a peak emulation campaign: "The Party Committee, government, army and people of Lam Dong province unite and are determined to overcome difficulties and rise up with the country".

Launching the emulation campaign, Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Tran Hong Thai emphasized that, in response to the requirements of innovation and realizing the goal of "continuing to develop Lam Dong rapidly, comprehensively and sustainably, becoming a fairly developed province in the country"; achieving achievements to welcome Party Congresses at all levels and important political, economic and cultural events of the country and locality; the peak emulation campaign focuses on contents such as determination to well perform the task of socio-economic development; successfully organizing the 10th Da Lat Flower Festival in 2024.

The Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee requested agencies, departments, localities and units in the province to be highly determined and make great efforts in implementing the tasks of the Tan Phu-Bao Loc and Bao Loc-Lien Khuong expressway projects. At the same time, compete to achieve the highest achievements to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 12th Lam Dong Provincial Party Congress and the 14th National Party Congress.

With the spirit of solidarity, "the more difficult it is, the more we must compete", the Party Committee, government, army and people of Lam Dong province with the spirit of innovation, dynamism, creativity, turn challenges into opportunities, develop the locality in accordance with the direction of Resolution No. 23 of the Politburo, with 3 breakthroughs of local characteristics under the direction of the Prime Minister.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Lam Dong province requested departments, branches and localities in the province to immediately deploy the content of the launching ceremony of the peak emulation campaign to all cadres, party members, soldiers and people of Lam Dong province.

Responding to the peak emulation campaign, representatives of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, the authorities of Da Lat city, Da Huoai district and the provincial education sector showed the highest determination and effectively implemented the launched contents in each related field.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, Acting Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Thai Hoc said that the launching ceremony of the peak emulation campaign was held in a very exciting atmosphere, the country celebrated important holidays. And one of the joys of the province is that so far, the positions of key officials have been completed and stabilized.

He informed that during his recent visit and work in the locality, the Prime Minister requested Lam Dong to be determined to carry out 6 key tasks and 3 breakthroughs. This emulation campaign is to thoroughly grasp and concretize the Prime Minister's direction with specific action programs, determined to bring Lam Dong up.

The Acting Secretary of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee emphasized that to overcome difficulties and challenges and move forward, Lam Dong still has a lot of work to do. Among them, the most important thing is the spirit of solidarity, effort and determination of the entire Party, the entire army and the people of all ethnic groups in Lam Dong province.
