With the message "Together with books, we enter the era of national progress," within the framework of the program, agencies and units organized many practical activities such as: displaying and introducing books by theme; arranging books artistically; storytelling competitions based on books; donating books to unit libraries; and launching the "Read one page of a book every day" movement. Hundreds of books on politics and theory, history and tradition, aviation science and technology, literature and art attracted a large number of officers and soldiers to visit and read.

In his opening remarks, Colonel Nguyen Viet Phuong affirmed: "For our Army, reading books not only helps to enhance knowledge but also cultivates political fortitude, hones thinking skills, strengthens revolutionary ideals and beliefs; helping each soldier to continuously improve themselves and meet the requirements of the mission in the new situation."

Given the current situation where reading culture is being overshadowed by social media and modern audiovisual media, the Deputy Political Commissar of the 371st Division requested that Party committees, commanders, political agencies, and functional agencies at all levels continue to strengthen leadership and guidance, and promote propaganda and education to ensure that every officer and soldier understands the great position, role, and significance of books and reading culture. He also called on officers and soldiers to actively participate, considering each page of a book as a source of knowledge on their path of work, combat, and personal growth.
