Electoral District No. 01 comprises the wards of Tam Thanh, Ky Lua, Luong Van Tri, Dong Kinh and the communes of Cao Loc, Cong Son, Ba Son, Dong Dang, Loc Binh, Mau Son, Na Duong, Thong Nhat, Khuat Xa, Xuan Duong, Loi Bac, Dinh Lap, Chau Son, Kien Moc, and Thai Binh.

Mr. Phung Duc Chinh - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Chief Justice of the People's Court of Lang Son province.
