On May 31, Senior Lieutenant General Vu Hai San - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Minister of National Defense chaired a delegation of the Ministry of Defense to visit and work at the 5rd Army Corps.

Visiting and grasping the actual situation at the 4th Artillery Regiment (Division 10), Senior Lieutenant General Vu Hai San highly appreciated the solidarity and overcoming difficulties of the regiment's officers and soldiers, who thoroughly understood, implemented and strictly implemented Resolution 1659-NQ/QUTW dated December 20, 12 of the Central Military Commission on improving the quality of training in the period of 2022 - 2023 and the following years. At the same time, it is suggested that the unit should comprehensively implement all aspects of work, do well the mass mobilization work, actively coordinate with the Party committees and local authorities to settle the land fund, project planning premises on schedule and according to the provisions of law; stabilize the personnel organization, firmly grasp and strictly manage the ideological situation of the army, ensure adequate numbers of troops, weapons, equipment and means for missions.

Working with the 3rd Army Corps Command and the leader and commander of the 10th Division, Senior Lieutenant General Vu Hai San - Deputy Minister of National Defense requested the 3rd Army Corps to continue to lead and direct the unit to well perform the task of training the subjects according to the plan, full content and time; focus on training and proficient use of newly commissioned weapons and equipment; organize drills at all levels with good results; timely and synchronously deploy all aspects of logistics under the direction of the Ministry of National Defense, ensuring adequate facilities for the forces to perform their tasks; to step up the work of raising, breeding, production, and improving the lives of soldiers; promote the efficiency of capital construction investment, completed projects and works that have been handed over to put into use.
