In Hien Khanh commune, the delegation visited and presented gifts to the family of Mr. Le Quang Huynh, Trieu village, a war invalid with a 60% reduction in working capacity; Mr. Trieu Dinh Tuat, Vu Nu village, who was infected with toxic chemicals; and Mrs. Tran Khuong, Dao village, mother of martyr Tran Van Quyen.
In Nam Dinh ward, the delegation visited and presented gifts to 3 families: Mr. Nguyen Cong Cuong, No. 93 Ngo Quyen, relative of martyr Nguyen Cong Phu; Mr. Tran Duc Thinh, No. 14/148 Hang Kenh, 1/4 disabled soldier; Mrs. Tran Thi Tuat, Group 2, wife of martyr Pham Gia Thanh.
In Hong Phong commune, the delegation visited and presented gifts to the family of Mr. Tran Duy Tho, team 9, 83% disabled soldier; Mr. Tran Van Tuyen, hamlet 6, 81% disabled soldier and Mrs. Doan Thi Toan, hamlet 4, wife of martyr Tran Van Hau.
At the families visited, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Nguyen Hai Dung kindly inquired about the health and family life, expressed his feelings and deep gratitude for the great contributions and sacrifices of martyrs, war invalids, sick soldiers and relatives of those who rendered meritorious services to the revolution in the cause of fighting for national independence and freedom. At the same time, he hoped that the families would continue to promote traditions, propagate and mobilize their children and communities to comply with the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, strive to study, practice, contribute, and actively participate in local patriotic emulation movements, contributing to building an increasingly prosperous homeland.
He also requested the Party Committee, government, sectors and organizations of the commune to pay attention to and take care of the lives of policy families and meritorious people in the area, promote the national tradition of "When drinking water, remember its source", and ensure that policy families have a life equal to or better than that of families in residential areas.
