On July 23, Hanoi Medical University announced the minimum score for admission to the school in 2025. Accordingly, the score of 22.5 points applies to the majors of Medicine, Dentistry and Medicine at Thanh Hoa Branch. The major of Traditional Medicine has the second highest minimum score of 20 points. The remaining majors consider candidates with a score of 17 points or higher. This year, Hanoi Medical University will enroll 1,910 students through two methods: direct admission and based on high school graduation exam scores. Hanoi University of Pharmacy: 20-22 points
In 2025, Pharmacy is the major with the highest minimum score to enter Hanoi University of Pharmacy with 22 points.
On July 23, Hanoi University of Pharmacy announced the minimum score for each method including: considering a combination of high school transcripts with SAT certificates (PT2A), considering high school transcripts of specialized students (PT2B); considering the thinking assessment test scores of Hanoi University of Science and Technology (PT3); considering high school graduation exam scores (PT4).
In the PT2A and PT2B methods, the school's majors accept applications from 19 points. For the method of considering high school graduation exam scores, Pharmacy has the highest floor score of 22 points, Pharmaceutical Chemistry from 21 points, Biotechnology, Chemistry from 20 points.

In 2025, Hanoi University of Pharmacy will enroll 940 students with 4 methods, including: Direct admission; admission combined with high school transcripts and SAT certificates, considering high school transcripts for specialized students or considering A-level certificates; considering thinking assessment scores of Hanoi University of Science and Technology (only applicable to Pharmacy major); considering high school graduation exam scores. This is the first time the school uses A-level scores for admission.
In the 2025-2026 school year, the tuition fee for Pharmacy at Hanoi University of Pharmacy is 27.6 million VND/school year, an increase of 3.1 million VND compared to last year. University of Medicine and Pharmacy (VNU): 19-20.5 points
The University of Medicine and Pharmacy (VNU) has just announced the minimum admission score for 2025. Accordingly, the threshold to ensure input quality (minimum score) from the high school graduation exam score for admission to the training programs of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in 2025 for candidates in region 3 has the minimum score (without coefficient) of all combinations of 3 exams/subjects, excluding bonus points as follows:
In 2025, University of Medicine and Pharmacy will enroll 6 majors by the following methods:
- Direct admission: 2% of direct admission quota is reserved for candidates according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
- Priority admission for subjects according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
- Admission based on high school graduation exam results in 2025.
- Admission of preparatory university students (2% of the target).

The remaining majors including Preventive Medicine, Nursing, and Medical Laboratory Technology all have a floor score of 17.
Tuition fees for Thai Binh University of Medicine and Pharmacy this year are expected to be 55.5 million VND/year for Medicine, Traditional Medicine, and Pharmacy. Preventive Medicine, Nursing, and Medical Laboratory Technology all have a tuition fee of 42 million VND/year.
Hai Phong University of Medicine and Pharmacy: 17-20.5 points
According to the announcement, the highest floor score of Hai Phong University of Medicine and Pharmacy this year is 20.5, applied to the majors of Medicine and Dentistry. Meanwhile, the two majors of Pharmacy and Traditional Medicine have the floor score of 19. The majors of Medical Laboratory Technology, Preventive Medicine, and Nursing have the floor score of 17.
The expected tuition fee for the 2025-2026 school year for Medicine, Dentistry and Pharmacy is about 58 million VND; for Preventive Medicine and Traditional Medicine is about 50 million VND; for Nursing and Medical Laboratory Technology, the tuition fee is 45 million VND.
Vietnam Academy of Traditional Medicine: 19-20.5 points
The minimum score for admission based on the high school graduation exam scores announced by the Vietnam Academy of Traditional Medicine this year, excluding bonus points and regardless of the exam results of candidates studying the 2006 and 2018 programs, is 20.5 points for Medicine, 19 points for Traditional Medicine and Pharmacy.
In the 2025-2026 school year, the tuition fee for both Medicine and Traditional Medicine at the school is 31.1 million VND/school year (an increase of 3.5 million VND compared to last year); the Pharmacy major remains at 27.6 million VND/school year.
School of Public Health: 15-17 points
With the method of considering the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam, the two majors of the University of Public Health with the lowest score (15 points) are Public Health and Data Science. The two majors of Medical Laboratory Technology and Rehabilitation Technology have the highest floor score of 17 points. The majors of Nutrition and Social Work both have a floor score of 16 points. The expected tuition fee of the school in 2025 is 18-34 million VND, depending on the major.
University of Medicine and Pharmacy (Thai Nguyen University): 17-22.5 points
This year, Thai Nguyen University of Medicine and Pharmacy set the minimum score for Medicine and Dentistry at 22.5, and for Pharmacy at 19.
