Leaders of Can Tho City Labor Federation work with the Trade Union of Lac Ty II Company Limited

(CT) - On July 24, 2025, a working delegation of the Can Tho City Confederation of Labor led by Ms. Le Thi Suong Mai, Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Can Tho City, President of the City Confederation of Labor, visited the production and business situation and trade union activities at Lac Ty II Company Limited.

Lac Ty II Company Limited currently has about 12,500 employees; of which over 99% of employees are union members, operating in 155 union groups. The Company's grassroots union always focuses on protecting the legal and legitimate rights and interests of union members and employees; fully implementing the signing of individual labor contracts; building, negotiating and signing collective labor agreements in accordance with regulations.

Every year, the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union coordinates with the Company's leadership to organize support for union members and employees with serious illnesses; build a Trade Union Shelter; cultural, artistic and sports activities... In the first 6 months of 2025, the production and business situation and employment for employees were maintained stably. The average income of employees is over 6 million VND/person/month.

Ms. Le Thi Suong Mai suggested that the Executive Board of the Company's Trade Union continue to pay attention to grasping the thoughts and aspirations of union members and employees; innovate working methods, organize many programs to care for the material and spiritual life of union members and employees, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in the enterprise.
