Leaders of Tay Mo ward visited and supported households affected by storm No. 5

HNP - On the afternoon of August 28, working delegations of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tay Mo ward directly inspected the situation, visited, encouraged, and presented gifts to support households affected by storm No. 5 at flooded areas in the area.

Comrade Hoang Thi Thuy Hang - Party Secretary, Chairwoman of Tay Mo Ward People's Council directly went to the locality to visit and encourage people affected by the storm.

At Doc Residential Group, the working delegation led by Ms. Hoang Thi Thuy Hang - Party Secretary, Chairwoman of the Ward People's Council visited and shared with policy households and families in difficult circumstances. The delegation presented drinking water, instant noodles, dry food and other essential necessities, and encouraged people to make efforts to overcome difficulties and soon stabilize their lives.

Comrade Do Thi Thuy Ha - Standing Deputy Secretary of Tay Mo Ward Party Committee directly went to the locality to visit and encourage people affected by the storm.

At Phuong Residential Group, the delegation led by Comrade Do Thi Thuy Ha - Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Ward Party Committee visited and presented gifts to households of war invalids, families of martyrs, sick soldiers and families in difficult circumstances. Along with presenting gifts, the delegation inspected the affected areas, listened to the thoughts and aspirations of the people to promptly advise on solutions.

Comrade Tran Thanh Hai - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of Tay Mo Ward People's Committee directly went to the area to visit and encourage people affected by the storm.

At Duoi Residential Group, the working delegation led by comrade Tran Thanh Hai, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee - Chairman of the Ward People's Committee, directly visited and encouraged 5 disadvantaged households, affirming the attention and companionship of the local Party Committee and government with the people during the period of overcoming the consequences of storms and floods.

Along with the visiting activities, the working groups also directed the functional forces and people to focus on cleaning up the environment, collecting waste, and clearing the flow in flooded areas. The Standing Committee of the Party Committee requested specialized units to prepare plans to ensure electricity safety, provide drinking water and food to households when necessary, in order to stabilize their lives after natural disasters.

The timely visits, encouragement and support of the working delegations demonstrate the sense of responsibility and close concern of the Party Committee, government and unions of Tay Mo ward towards the people, contributing to strengthening the trust and close bond between the government and the people in the work of preventing, combating and overcoming the consequences of natural disasters.
