Recently, at Chu Lai Office, THACO AUTO was honored to welcome Mazda Group's leaders to visit and discuss the strategy and development plan of Mazda brand in Vietnam in the new period.

Representing Mazda Group was Mr. Nakajima Toru - Senior Director of Global Mazda Business Operations, in charge of business in the Chinese market and ASEAN region. On the THACO side, there were THACO Chairman of the Board of Directors Tran Ba ​​Duong and the THACO AUTO Board of Directors.

At the meeting, Mazda Group acknowledged and highly appreciated THACO AUTO's efforts in boosting production, enhancing product research and development (R&D), expanding the distribution system and improving the quality of after-sales services. Mazda Group representatives affirmed that they will continue to accompany THACO AUTO in the journey of brand development in Vietnam - one of the company's key markets in the ASEAN region.

New Mazda CX-3 launch ceremony takes place in July 2025

On this occasion, the delegation visited THACO Chu Lai Industrial Park, especially the THACO MAZDA factory with modern production lines, automation and comprehensive digital management. Here, the delegation attended the New Mazda CX-3 Launch Ceremony and marked the milestone of 250,000 Mazda vehicles produced at the factory. This event is not only a strategic step to enhance the brand, but also contributes to increasing the diversity of the product range, meeting the increasing needs of customers.

Before that, the delegation also visited Mazda Binh Duong and Binh Tan car showrooms (HCMC). These are strategic sales points where THACO AUTO has invested in modern facilities, providing professional services according to global standards.
