Khanh Hoa Provincial leaders meet with 300 businesses and entrepreneurs

On the afternoon of October 13, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee held a meeting with businessmen to celebrate Vietnam Entrepreneurs' Day (October 13) and to honor outstanding entrepreneurs and businesses. Attending the event were comrades: Nghiem Xuan Thanh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Khac Toan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Khac Ha - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Lam Dong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee. Also attending were comrades in the Provincial Party Standing Committee; leaders of the Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, departments, branches, sectors; People's Committees of communes and wards in the province and 300 entrepreneurs, businesses, business associations, and professional associations of the province.

According to the report of the Provincial People's Committee, in the first 9 months of 2025, with the determination of the entire political system and the efforts of the business community, the province's socio-economy continued to recover and grow, administrative reform and digital transformation were promoted, the investment and business environment was increasingly improved, national defense - security and social security were ensured. The whole province attracted 64 non-budget investment projects with a total registered investment capital of about 396,022 trillion VND, including 7 FDI projects with a total registered investment capital of about 56,788 million USD. A number of large-scale projects in the fields of industry, energy, and urban areas created momentum to promote growth. These results have important, direct contributions from the business community and entrepreneurs of the province.

Speaking at the opening of the conference, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Khac Toan affirmed: "On the journey ahead, Khanh Hoa continues to take businesses as the center of service, business satisfaction is the administrative measure. Each business is a nucleus of development; each businessman is a companion in creating the future. Khanh Hoa today is opening a wide door for long-term cooperation and prosperous development. The government will accompany businesses with practical solutions - handling procedures faster, clearer, more transparent; creating the most favorable conditions for businesses to feel secure in doing business and developing long-term. We appreciate every idea, every project, every investment capital of your business, because every successful business is a brick that contributes to build Khanh Hoa more and more prosperous".

Speaking at the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Nghiem Xuan Thanh requested departments, branches, sectors and localities to consider removing difficulties and obstacles for businesses as the top priority task, proactively reviewing and substantially reducing administrative procedures, shortening the time for processing documents, and ending harassment and inconvenience for businesses. In the coming time, the province will pay special attention and create favorable conditions for private economic development. The province is committed to thinking big, doing real things, and being effective, in which Khanh Hoa will enter a decade of double-digit growth, being among the provinces with the highest budget revenue, highest per capita income, highest competitiveness index... If officials at all levels are discovered and verified to be harassing businesses, the provincial leaders will strictly handle them according to regulations.
