Tam Ky City leaders hold dialogue on smart city development.

At the conference, the leaders of Tam Ky City acknowledged many suggestions related to building a smart city in conjunction with administrative reform and digital transformation, such as: installing more flood warning cameras; simplifying administrative procedures for citizens; and continuing to strengthen training and software skills development for officials and civil servants.

Residents have raised concerns about inadequate and inconsistent technical infrastructure; a lack of coordinated data collection among various sectors and organizations; and the need for more community Wi-Fi hotspots. City leaders have acknowledged and promptly addressed the feedback from the public and officials.

Tam Ky City is also soliciting feedback on the "5S" model (Sorting, Setting in order, Cleaning, Standardizing, and Sustaining). This is a method for organizing a workplace, especially a shared workspace, and maintaining it in an organized, safe, clean, and efficient manner, creating conditions for the application of quality management systems and building trust with customers and the public.

This model is adopted by many government agencies and businesses around the world , each with its own specific conditions and characteristics.
