On the afternoon of July 23, the Van Ban Commune Police Youth Union coordinated with the Commune Youth Union to organize a gratitude activity at the family of war invalid Luc Van Phai, residing in Ban Ma village.
At Mr. Luc Van Phai's house, the youth union members of the Commune Police Department cleaned the house, renovated the living space, went to the market, cooked and gathered around a simple but cozy meal.

In the warm atmosphere, Uncle Phai emotionally recounted memories of wartime, despite the hardships, in the hearts of every soldier at that time there was only one iron-clad belief, determined to fight to the end to protect the homeland.
His story made many members speechless, moved, and even more grateful to the previous generation who did not spare their blood and bones for today's peace .
The program “Reunion Meal” is an opportunity for young people to express gratitude and solidarity between generations, while at the same time arousing the spirit of solidarity and sharing in the community. Thereby, continuing to spread good values in society.
Also on the morning of July 23, Bao Ha Commune Police coordinated with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and the Women's Union to organize activities to visit and give gifts to people with revolutionary contributions in the area.
At each family, the delegation kindly visited their health, encouraged their spirits and expressed deep gratitude for the great contributions and sacrifices of previous generations in the cause of defending the Fatherland. At the same time, practical gifts including cash and necessities were handed over to express gratitude to the families who contributed to the revolution.

In particular, with the desire to share more deeply, the Bao Ha Commune Police and the Commune Women's Union have supported materials for Mr. Dang Dinh Dong's family to carry out the project of building a domestic water tank to serve daily life. This meaningful activity is a deep gratitude from the Party Committee, government and mass organizations to those who have contributed to the revolution. At the same time, it contributes to spreading the spirit of "remembering the source of water when drinking", building a society rich in humanity and full of affection.

The activities of the local police forces not only bring profound humanistic meaning but are also an opportunity for today's generation of communal police officers and soldiers to arouse and promote revolutionary traditions, the spirit of "When drinking water, remember its source", further fostering ideals, will, political mettle and determination to contribute to the cause of protecting national security and maintaining social order and safety.
