The Lotus Village Festival is a cultural and political event of profound significance, commemorating and expressing gratitude for the immense contributions of President Ho Chi Minh; it also contributes to promoting and educating about patriotic traditions, national pride, and showcasing the image of Nghe An province to a wide audience of people, tourists, and visitors from both within and outside the country.
According to the plan, the 2026 Lotus Village Festival will take place from May 18th to May 30th, 2026 in Kim Lien commune, Nghe An province, with many unique cultural, artistic, sports , and tourism activities.
The highlights of the festival include incense and flower offerings at the Kim Lien Historical Site; a welcoming art program; the Lang Sen singing festival; thematic exhibitions and displays; tourism and culinary culture promotion activities; and many other meaningful community activities.
Organizing the 2026 Lotus Village Festival will not only contribute to preserving and promoting traditional cultural values but also create a vibrant competitive atmosphere and enhance the promotion of the image of Nghe An province, rich in historical, cultural, and revolutionary traditions.
