This is an activity directed by the Hanoi People's Committee - Vietnam Association of Architects; organized by the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports , Architecture Magazine, with the accompaniment and coordination of the UNESCO Office in Hanoi, the Hoan Kiem District People's Committee, the Hanoi Youth Union and other units, businesses, community groups, experts and creative talents./.
