Online Friday is one of the activities within the framework of the program "National E-commerce Week and Vietnam Online Shopping Day - Online Friday". The program "National E-commerce Week and Vietnam Online Shopping Day - Online Friday" was assigned by the Ministry of Industry and Trade to the Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy to coordinate with relevant units to implement annually since 2014.
