The “Semester in the Army” program is a meaningful experiential educational model, held annually in the summer, to educate the spirit of patriotism, national pride, and the heroic tradition of the Vietnam People’s Army for young people. From here, it creates an environment to nurture and practice social skills and life skills for young people, attracting thousands of students in the province to participate for nearly 10 years of organization.

The second course of the 2025 "Military Semester" program has the participation of 100 youths and children aged 11-17 from the whole province. Within 7 days, the students will participate and experience the following contents: Studying, training, educating traditions, national history, basic knowledge of national defense and security; getting acquainted with the life of soldiers, physical education, learning self-defense skills, escape skills, teamwork skills, cultural and sports activities... Thereby, contributing to training youths and children in the spirit of solidarity, discipline, ethics, bravery, independent living skills, responsibility for themselves, their families and the community.

Course III will be the last course of the "Military Semester" program in 2025, continuing from June 28 to July 5.
