Hanoi leads the Local Innovation Index for three consecutive times

Hanoi continues to affirm its leading role by leading the Local Innovation Index (PII 2025) for three consecutive years, with 18 out of 52 indexes ranking first in the country.

Within the framework of the National Innovation Day 2025 held on October 1, organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology in coordination with the Ministry of Finance , the Local Innovation Index (PII 2025) was officially announced.

Hanoi capital city leads the Local Innovation Index 2025 for the third consecutive time with a total score of 65.68. Meanwhile, Hue city entered the top 5 of the Local Innovation Index for the first time with 49.37 points./.
