In which, “Kim, Van, Kieu Story” is the transcription and annotation of scholar Truong Vinh Ky. The book was first published in 1875 in Saigon and is considered by researchers to be the first “Truyen Kieu” in the national language in our country. Writing the preface to the book, scholar Truong Vinh Ky highly praised the value of “Truyen Kieu” and affirmed the influence of the work. In addition to the transcription in the national language, scholar Truong Vinh Ky clearly annotated the allusions and allusions in the work.

The book “Kim Van Kieu Notes” is a work by Bui Khanh Dien, published by his son, Bui Thien Can, in 1924, at Ngo Tu Ha printing house ( Hanoi ). Through this annotation, author Bui Khanh Dien corrected some incorrect words in the Nom script and annotated the historical allusions, historical allusions, and explained the meaning of “The Tale of Kieu” in prose.

Also using the method of researching and explaining the historical and social context of the work “The Tale of Kieu”, author Nong Son Nguyen Can Mong in the work “The Tale of Kieu - The Tale of Kieu” focused on analyzing the literary, philosophical and philosophical significance of the work. This book was first published in 1936.
