Schedule for the quarter-finals of the 2026 AFC U17 Women's Championship

VHO - The group stage of the 2026 AFC U17 Women's Championship has concluded after a series of exciting matches, determining the 8 outstanding teams that will participate in the quarter-finals.

The teams advancing to the next round are the U17 women's teams of China, Vietnam, Japan, Thailand, Australia, India, North Korea, and South Korea.

The upcoming matches are expected to be very intense as qualification for the FIFA U17 World Cup 2026 is within reach.

The Vietnam U17 women's team (in red jerseys) performed quite impressively in the group stage.

According to the draw results, the Chinese U17 women's team will face the Indian U17 women's team, while the North Korean U17 women's team will play against the Thai U17 women's team.

Another notable match is the clash between the U17 women's teams of Japan and South Korea – two of the continent's leading football nations at the youth level. Meanwhile, the U17 women's team of Vietnam will test their skills against a very strong opponent, the U17 women's team of Australia.

For the Vietnam U17 women's team, the match against the Australia U17 women's team will be a huge challenge for coach Okiyama Masahiko and his players.
