Entrance exam schedule for grade 10 of Foreign Language Specialized High School 2025

Foreign Language Specialized High School has just officially announced the 10th grade enrollment in 2025 with 4 subjects: Math, Literature, English and Specialized Foreign Language (Coefficient 2).

On February 28, the Foreign Language High School, under the University of Foreign Languages, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, announced the enrollment of grade 10 students in 2025.

Accordingly, the conditions for participating in the exam are that students meet the learning results and training results of the whole year of junior high school classes from Good or higher; Graduation from junior high school from Good or higher.

This year, following Circular 30 of the Ministry of Education and Training, the school's four exam subjects will be Literature (Coefficient 1) multiple choice and essay within 120 minutes; Math (Coefficient 1) multiple choice and essay within 90 minutes; English (Coefficient 1) multiple choice within 60 minutes.

The 4th subject will be Specialized Foreign Language (Coefficient 2) tested in English, French, Chinese, German, Japanese, Korean. The test will be multiple choice and essay in 90 minutes.

For the specialized Foreign Language subject, candidates can take the exam in one of the following languages: English exam for specialized English, Russian, French, Chinese, German, Japanese, and Korean classes.

Last year, the school organized exams for 3 subjects: Foreign Language Proficiency Assessment (Coefficient 2); Math and Natural Science Proficiency Assessment; Literature and Social Science Proficiency Assessment (Coefficient 1).

In the 2025-2026 school year, the school's tuition fees are according to the regulations of the Hanoi People's Committee and approved technical and economic standards (1 school year, tuition is collected for 9 months). The tuition fee level remains unchanged for 3 school years. Specialized students with scholarships are exempted from 50-100% of tuition fees.

The admission fee of 600,000 VND includes the registration fee and the exam fee. This fee is paid once with the application form and is non-refundable if you drop out of the exam.

Application documents include: Application form (according to the form, certified by the secondary school you are attending): Photo of both sides of your ID card; Proof of direct admission and bonus points (if any).

The school releases online application documents from April 7. Online registration documents are accepted from May 5 to May 11. Candidates can check their registration number, exam room, exam location and exam room regulations from May 24. The school will announce exam results before July 15.
