Provincial Labor Federation grasps the situation at enterprise-based trade unions

The Provincial Federation of Labor (FFL) has just organized a working delegation to work and grasp the situation of union activities at Scavi Quang Tri Company Limited and Central Garment Development Joint Stock Company in Ho Xa Northwest Industrial Park.

At the enterprises, the working delegation grasped the living and working conditions of union members and workers and the union activities of the units; at the same time, received many opinions and recommendations from the Executive Committee of the grassroots union (CĐCS) related to the organization of activities and difficulties and problems at the enterprises.

Representatives of the provincial Federation of Labor also informed, guided, and discussed a number of key tasks in the coming time, such as: Taking care of the lives, representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and employees; developing labor regulations, collective labor agreements, dialogue at the workplace, improving the quality of shift meals, and organizing emulation movements, cultural and sports activities for union members and employees at the grassroots level.

In particular, it is important to focus on recruiting new members and organizing the "Union Meal" program from July 20 to September 2, 2025 at enterprise-level trade unions to celebrate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2025) and the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).

The leader of the Provincial Federation of Labor emphasized: This is not just a simple meal but a meaningful activity, showing the concern and sharing from the Trade Union organization and business leaders. The program "Trade Union Meal" is one of the practical activities of the Trade Union organization, contributing to arousing the spirit of solidarity, creating motivation for union members and employees to make more efforts in their work, accompanying businesses to build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
