The festival featured over 200 artisans from seven ethnic groups: Ba Na, Xơ Đăng, Giẻ Triêng, Gia Rai, Thái, Mường, and Kinh, from nine districts and cities of the province. In the traditional costume performance representing these ethnic communities, the artisans showcased diverse cultural colors through the ancient and traditional costumes of the indigenous ethnic groups of Kon Tum. The festival aims to preserve, protect, and promote the cultural identity of the ethnic groups in the Northern Central Highlands, while also fostering closer ties among them.
