Flexible ticket prices, railways attract customers during peak summer season

Faced with the rising price of domestic airfares, many people have switched to traveling by train. Grasping this trend, the Railway industry has flexibly adjusted ticket prices and improved service quality to attract passengers, aiming for growth of over 8% over the same period.

High-quality train routes to tourist destinations such as Hanoi - Hai Phong, Hanoi - Lao Cai, Ho Chi Minh City - Nha Trang, etc. are all being exploited at maximum capacity, with many trips selling tickets early. The railway industry has increased the number of trains, with the Thong Nhat route alone adding 6 pairs of trains per day.

In addition, the industry also applies many preferential policies: 10% discount on ticket prices for students taking the 2025 exam, 5-15% discount for short-distance travel and 3-9% discount for Thong Nhat trains.

Along with that, the work of ensuring safety, punctuality, improving hygiene, upgrading equipment, and training professional flight attendants is also focused on. Branches signed a commitment to improve service quality and strictly handle violations.
