On the occasion of the New Year of Giap Thin 2024, An Ninh Thu Do conducted a short interview with Mr. Seol Dong Min, General Director of Lotte Coralis Vietnam Co., Ltd., the investor of Lotte Center Hanoi building, about the vision and development orientation of the building in the coming time.

PV : Thank you, General Director, for taking the time to participate in this interview with us today. On the outside, Lotte Center Hanoi looks like a unified entity, but inside it is actually two towers. Can you share the inspiration for the building's design?

Mr. Seol Dong Min : The design of Lotte Center Hanoi is a combination of modern class and traditional cultural beauty. Inspired by the graceful and flowing ao dai of Vietnamese women, Lotte Center Hanoi has become a symbol of the friendly cooperation between Vietnam and Korea over the past 10 years. I believe that the architectural design of the building contributes to honoring traditional Vietnamese culture, while creating a creative touch and bringing the breath of the times.

PV: Entering its 10th year of operation, Lotte Center Hanoi remains an attractive destination for residents and tourists. In your opinion, what is the key to the building's appeal?

Mr. Seol Dong Min: I am very happy that Lotte Center Hanoi has received much love from Vietnamese people and foreign tourists. Since its establishment, we have not aimed to develop Lotte Center Hanoi as a simple shopping and entertainment destination, but as a place to enjoy, helping you create and preserve memorable memories with your loved ones. We focus on investing in decoration to renew the appearance on special occasions such as Christmas, New Year and Lunar New Year. Our diverse service complex including supermarkets, fashion stores, cafes, restaurants, observatories, etc. will always be an ideal destination to meet all customer needs. I believe that these are important factors that create the sustainable appeal of the building.

PV : Lotte Center Hanoi is also known as the headquarters of many large companies and corporations in Vietnam and abroad. In addition, the building also owns high-class apartment services to serve the needs of customers for vacation and long-term business. Could you share a few things about the development orientation of these two services?

Mr. Seol Dong Min: In the context of the fluctuating real estate rental market, the occupancy rate of Lotte Center Hanoi is still very high, reaching 96% for the office area and 94% for the apartment area. This demonstrates the trust and satisfaction of customers in Lotte Center Hanoi, and is also a recognition of the efforts to change and improve the quality of service day by day by all employees and the building's management board. When working here, customers can not only admire the view of the capital from above, but also work in a green, fresh space to help relax their minds after stressful working hours. We always invest in upgrading public facilities such as gyms, spas, and swimming pools at the Apartment complex with the goal of bringing customers absolute convenience. In particular, we also focus on organizing annual events to express gratitude to all partners and tenants. At the end of December, Lotte Coralis Vietnam held a joint forum to share the economic outlook for 2024, as a thank you gift to our partners and tenants who have cooperated with us over the past time.
