In response to the "Compassionate Tet" campaign launched by the Vietnam Red Cross Society , on the evening of January 22nd, the Provincial Red Cross Society organized a program to distribute Tet gifts to poor and disadvantaged patients undergoing dialysis near the Provincial General Hospital.
Leaders of the Provincial Red Cross Society presented Tet gifts to patients at the "Dialysis Village" in Viet Tri.
The "dialysis patient community," located on Phong Chau Street, Gia Cam Ward, Viet Tri City, currently has 16 residents from various localities within the province. Every week, these patients quietly rely on each other to battle this terrible disease. In response to the patients' difficulties, the leaders of the Provincial Red Cross Society and other delegates visited, encouraged them, extended New Year greetings, and presented 16 gifts, each consisting of 500,000 VND in cash, funded by Ao Vua Joint Stock Company.
This is a practical activity demonstrating the care and sharing of the Provincial Red Cross Society and businesses with poor patients and those in difficult circumstances ahead of the Lunar New Year of the Year of the Snake 2025. Through this, it provides encouragement to help patients feel secure in their treatment, recover quickly, and return to their families and loved ones.
