Dai Loc Commune Front hands over solidarity house

DNO - On July 27, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dai Loc commune held a ceremony to hand over a solidarity house to the family of Ms. Vo Thi Huong (born 1989, village 3).

Ms. Nguyen Thi Tra My, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dai Loc Commune, said that Ms. Vo Thi Huong's family is near-poor. Her husband died early, so Ms. Huong worked hard to support her two children (grades 11 and 8). Due to difficult family circumstances, the three of them live in a makeshift house.

Responding to the emulation movement "eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses", the Ho Chi Minh City Tennis and Pickleball Club donated 70 million VND to help Ms. Huong build a spacious house.

Dai Loc commune was formed from the merger of 4 communes Dai Hiep, Dai Nghia, Dai An, Dai Hoa and Ai Nghia town (old). The new commune has a natural area of ^{​​73.97km2} ; population of 61,217 people.
