Many achievements from emulation movements

The leader of Dong Kho Commune People's Committee said that over the past 5 years, the commune has focused on implementing many emulation movements. Notable movements include the socio -economic development movement, joining hands to build new rural areas; the whole people unite to build a cultural life; emulation to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses, emulation to study for life. Each movement has been and is promoting effectiveness and practicality in the locality.

In which, implementing the Emulation Movement for Socio-Economic Development has contributed to Dong Kho achieving and exceeding many important targets.

Specifically, the budget revenue increased by an average of over 105% annually, creating jobs for nearly 1,500 workers, the rate of trained workers reached 76%, of which 38.1% had degrees and vocational certificates. In the agricultural sector , the annual planting area reached over 16,200 hectares, and the planning of high-quality rice areas was effectively implemented.

Agricultural cooperatives have begun to operate stably, gradually improving product quality and connecting to consumer markets.

Dong Kho Commune launched a high-profile attack to suppress crime

The movement of joining hands and hearts to build new rural areas has achieved remarkable results. Up to now, Dong Kho has achieved 18/19 new rural criteria. The infrastructure system of traffic, irrigation, schools, and cultural houses has been invested synchronously, thanks to which the appearance of the new rural areas has improved significantly.

The movement of the whole people uniting to build a cultural life in residential areas has also been widely and effectively implemented. Every year, over 95% of households in the commune are recognized as cultural families, and 17/19 villages are recognized as cultural villages.

In the field of education , the commune currently has 10/14 schools that meet national standards level 1. The rate of mobilizing school-age students to attend school is 100%. The teaching staff is constantly receiving professional training, contributing to improving the quality of teaching and learning.

In particular, the Movement to Eliminate Temporary and Dilapidated Houses has brought about remarkable results. In the period 2020 - 2025, the commune supported the construction of 158 houses for poor and near-poor households.

Average income per capita in 2020 is from 40.5 million VND/year, by the end of 2025 is estimated to reach 56 million VND/year. The work of gratitude and care for people with revolutionary contributions is carried out fully and promptly, improving the material and spiritual life of policy beneficiaries. Political security and social order in the commune are always maintained and stable.

The commune also strengthens the work of inspection, emulation supervision and rewards; promotes the application of information technology and digital transformation in state management and public service provision.
