This November, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also signed a decision to establish working groups to review and remove difficulties and obstacles for non-budget investment projects in Lam Dong. Thereby, advising the Provincial People's Committee, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the Steering Committee on reviewing and removing difficulties and obstacles related to projects to study, consider, and propose solutions. Or lead and direct the resolution of difficulties and obstacles for works and projects in the province and propose competent authorities to handle difficulties and obstacles in cases beyond the authority of the locality.

With the Department of Industry and Trade of Lam Dong, in the coming time, the industry will continue to support enterprises, cooperatives (HTX), and rural industrial production establishments from the annual industrial promotion program. In particular, focusing on building technical demonstration models for rural industrial establishments, supporting the application of advanced machinery and equipment, technology transfer, scientific and technical advances in industrial and handicraft production. On the other hand, it also supports the construction and registration of trademarks for rural industrial products to improve productivity, product quality, increase the value and competitiveness of enterprises and production establishments in the market...

Meanwhile, the Department of Science and Technology has just issued a decision approving the list of small and medium-sized enterprises eligible for support from the Lam Dong Province Small and Medium Enterprise Support Program in 2025. Accordingly, 25 medium, small and micro-sized enterprises in the locality will be supported to hire digital transformation services (hiring service packages for tracing the origin of products and goods). In addition, there are also a number of cases that are supported in consulting on establishing intellectual property rights, or consulting on management and development of products and services protected by intellectual property rights of enterprises.

According to the Department of Agriculture and Environment, in recent times, the locality has selected and supported 15 units to participate in the model of typical agricultural cooperatives (HTXs) operating effectively. Thanks to that, it helps cooperatives proactively apply technical advances, VietGAP, GlobalGAP, organic production processes as well as improve food quality and safety. Gradually build brands and collective trademarks, bring some products to participate in the OCOP program and achieve certification of 3 stars or more, contributing to raising the value of local agricultural products. In addition, they also have access to support policies: preferential loans, human resource training, participation in trade promotion programs, exhibitions, etc.

Thanks to the support from the locality, Mr. Do Thanh Hiep - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hoa Le Clean Dragon Fruit Cooperative (Ham Thuan Commune) said that the unit has had more conditions to expand production. Especially in applying technical advances and gradually improving the quality and value of clean dragon fruit products as well as deep-processed products from dragon fruit.

In the first 10 months of 2025, the whole province had nearly 3,320 newly established enterprises with a registered capital of nearly 17,200 billion VND, an increase of 73% in the number of enterprises and an increase of more than 21% in registered capital over the same period. At the same time, the locality attracted 43 more non-budget investment projects, bringing the total number to 2,940 valid investment projects (including 235 FDI projects).
