At the festival, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hong, Head of Residential Group 14, Thanh Xuan Ward, said that Thanh Xuan Trung 10 residential area consists of 3 residential groups, currently has about 1,976 households with over 5,500 people.

Of the above population, about half of the households are young families with stable education and income, mainly concentrated in the apartment building at 47 Nguyen Tuan. The majority of residents have good awareness in complying with local laws and regulations; at the same time, residents have the ability to access and use information technology proficiently, making it convenient to connect and interact with the government and the political system through digital platforms, helping propaganda and mobilization to be fast and effective.

People's living standards are generally quite good and stable, material and spiritual life has improved, clearly demonstrated through social activities, cultural movements and positive response to the ward's policies.

After the initial period of implementing the two-level local government model, Thanh Xuan Trung 10 residential area has achieved initial positive results. Propaganda and mobilization work has been carried out flexibly and creatively; people are proactive, consensual, and trust the leadership of the Party and the government. The Front and residential groups have clearly demonstrated their role as a bridge between the Party, the government and the people, contributing to building a government that is friendly, close to the people, and serves the people.

Speaking at the Festival, Head of the City Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee Tran Dinh Canh highly appreciated the achievements of Thanh Xuan Trung 10 residential area. In particular, comrade Tran Dinh Canh was pleased with the cultural, artistic, physical training and sports activities of the residential area that were maintained and widely developed, attracting a large number of members and residents to participate. These activities not only create an exciting and united atmosphere in the community but also contribute to building a cultural lifestyle, solidarity and a healthy lifestyle in the residential area.

Comrade Tran Dinh Canh was also impressed with the fact that the residential area has no poor or near-poor households, only well-off and rich households; security, order and environmental sanitation are always guaranteed; especially the implementation of the "5 no" model (no social evils, no violations of urban order, no encroachment on roads and sidewalks, no littering, no violations of fire prevention and fighting safety). Thanks to that, for many years in a row, the residential area has not had complicated social evils, no black spots of waste or environmental pollution...

Head of the City Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee Tran Dinh Canh praised and acknowledged the residential area's application of digital technology in connecting the community; helping to improve management capacity, increase interaction between the government, the front, and the people, contributing to building a modern, friendly, and civilized residential area.

To continue the above results, comrade Tran Dinh Canh suggested that in the coming time, cadres and people of Thanh Xuan Trung 10 residential area continue to promote the strength of the residential area; promote patriotic emulation movements and campaigns; replicate the models of "Self-managed residential groups", "Skilled mass mobilization", "Typical cultural families".

In particular, residential areas need to continue promoting digital transformation; effectively maintain the role of the Front Work Committee and mass organizations in propagating and mobilizing people to comply with the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws, always being a model urban area, setting an example for the city in consolidating and promoting the great national unity bloc.
