Strengthening cooperation between Dak Lak province and Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics...

The People's Committee of Dak Lak province and the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City have just held a signing ceremony of a cooperation agreement for the 2025-2030 period.

The agreement aims to strengthen coordination in policy consultation and review, training and development of human resources, scientific and technological research , innovation, digital transformation, smart urban development and international cooperation.

According to the agreement, the two sides oriented cooperation in 5 contents including: Consulting and reviewing policies on supporting the development strategy and proposing solutions for socio-economic management of Dak Lak province; training, fostering and developing high-quality human resources and strategic leadership team to build human resources to serve key economic sectors of Dak Lak province; scientific and technological research, innovation, digital transformation; smart urban development; international cooperation.

During the 2025-2030 period, Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics will support Dak Lak province in developing strategic reports, development projects, researching new economic models, and expanding training programs and specialized training courses for the province's staff.

Dak Lak province leaders expect that Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics will continue to accompany, advise and support the locality in key areas, especially improving the quality of human resources and policy planning towards the goal of rapid and sustainable growth.

To implement the agreement, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Home Affairs to act as the general focal point, and relevant departments and branches, based on their functions, will coordinate with Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics to develop a plan to implement each cooperation content.

Dr. Dinh Cong Khai, Vice President of Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics, affirmed: Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics will mobilize a team of leading experts and scientists to implement cooperation programs in a practical and effective manner.

The school is committed to supporting Dak Lak province in strategic consulting, scientific research, digital transformation, innovation and human resource development to actively contribute to the local socio-economic development.

The signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement between the People's Committee of Dak Lak province and the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City marks an important turning point in strengthening the connection between state management agencies and training and research institutions, contributing to promoting sustainable development, improving competitiveness and management quality of the province in the new period.
