Delegation of the Standing Committee of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee visited the Army Academy

On the afternoon of November 15, the working delegation of the Standing Committee of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee led by Comrade Nguyen Doan Anh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, visited and congratulated the officers and lecturers of the Army Academy on the occasion of the 43rd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day, November 20.

Also joining the delegation were comrade Nguyen Hoai Anh, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province and comrades in the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

Comrade Nguyen Doan Anh congratulated officers and lecturers of the Army Academy on Vietnamese Teachers' Day.

At the visit and congratulation, on behalf of the delegation, comrade Nguyen Doan Anh expressed his emotion and thanked the Party Committee and Board of Directors of the Army Academy for their warm, thoughtful and respectful welcome.

The delegation presented flowers to congratulate officers and lecturers of the Army Academy.

The Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Secretary shared that he was previously a student at the Army Academy and spent time studying and training there.

While holding the position of Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army, he also came to work with the Academy many times.

The delegation presented souvenirs to the Army Academy.

From those close ties, he hopes that the Academy will continue to improve the quality of training for officers and soldiers, contributing to building the core force of the Vietnam People's Army.

Lieutenant General Do Minh Xuong, Director of the Army Academy, expressed his gratitude to Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Doan Anh and the working delegation.

During the working session, comrade Nguyen Doan Anh also gave an overview of the natural conditions, socio-economic development, national defense and security, Party building work and political system of Thanh Hoa province; at the same time, emphasized the potentials and outstanding advantages of the locality.

The Party Committee and Board of Directors of the Army Academy presented flowers to congratulate comrade Nguyen Hoai Anh on his inauguration as Chairman of the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province.

On behalf of the Academy, Lieutenant General Do Minh Xuong respectfully thanked Comrade Nguyen Doan Anh and the delegation for their visit and congratulations on Vietnamese Teachers' Day.

The Lieutenant General expressed special affection for comrade Nguyen Doan Anh, not only a former student but also a military commander who always paid attention to the Academy.

Regarding comrade Nguyen Doan Anh, Lieutenant General Do Minh Xuong affirmed that he is not only a student of the Academy but also a military commander. His affection for the Academy's staff and lecturers has motivated and encouraged them during their work.

Lieutenant General Do Minh Xuong said that the Academy will continue to study and learn the leadership and direction experiences of Thanh Hoa province to apply to training work. Thereby, the school strives to build a team of cadres and lecturers with sufficient qualities and capacity, contributing to improving the training quality of the Academy in the coming time.
