A woman alleges she was sexually assaulted by Irish MMA fighter Conor McGregor in the men's restroom at an NBA Finals game last week.
The woman stated that she met McGregor at the Denver Nuggets vs. Miami Heat game at the Kaseya Center, a multi-purpose arena located along Biscayne Bay in Miami, Florida. As she was leaving the arena, McGregor's bodyguard told her that the Irish fighter wanted to see her in the restroom.
Here, she alleged that McGregor forcibly kissed her and forced her to perform oral sex. The woman said McGregor then spat on her and on himself.
Speaking to the British newspaper Sportmail , the woman's lawyer said she went to the police on June 11 to report the incident, but was refused entry and advised to seek legal assistance.

On June 14th, the woman and her lawyer returned to the police station to file a report about the incident and hand over the clothing she wore on the day she allegedly assaulted McGregor. The lawyer stated that the clothing contained biological traces of the Irish fighter. Sportmail obtained a photograph of the packaged clothing.
McGregor's side immediately denied the allegations. "These allegations are false. McGregor will not be threatened," the 34-year-old fighter's lawyer announced. Miami police later stated they were investigating.
The woman's legal team also sent letters to McGregor's lawyers, the Miami Heat, and the Kaseya Center. In the letter, she accused the Irish fighter of being aided and abetted by the NBA's Kaseya security force and the Miami Heat. She claimed she was separated from her group of friends and locked in a restroom with McGregor and his bodyguard.
"After being isolated and trapped in the restroom at the Kaseya Centre, security refused to let her out or allow anyone else, including her friend, into the room," the letter stated. "McGregor then emerged from inside the disabled room and began the sexual assault."

The woman said she tried to run away, but McGregor "aggressively grabbed her, pinned her against the wall and attempted to rape her." She then repeatedly elbowed McGregor and managed to escape.
The Miami Heat stated that they are aware of the allegations and are conducting an investigation. They will not provide further information until the investigation is complete. The UFC, on the other hand, said they will allow the parties to complete their legal processes before making any further statements.
The allegations emerged less than 24 hours after McGregor and his fiancée Dee Devlin announced they were expecting their fourth child. The couple already have three children: Conor Jr., Croia Mairhead, and Rian – ages six, four, and two, respectively.
McGregor, born in 1988, is a former UFC lightweight and featherweight champion. The Irish fighter has not competed since spraining his ankle and losing to Dustin Poirier at UFC 264 in July 2021.
