The hilly region of Thuong Coc commune – a windswept hillside, where terraced rice fields curve like soft brushstrokes on the mountain slopes. As the golden harvest season arrives, the swaying rice stalks create a lullaby from the earth. In the lingering morning mist, the resonant sound of Muong gongs awakens this peaceful countryside, where people and nature breathe in unison.

On October 25th and 26th, the People's Committee of Thuong Coc commune organized the 2025 Hillside Terraced Rice Field Festival with many unique activities, attracting thousands of locals and tourists to visit and admire the beauty of the ripening rice.

These camera angles capture moments of the Hill Region, so that anyone who has ever been there will want to return, to hear the gongs calling the season, see white clouds drifting over the mountain peaks, and feel the peaceful rhythm of life echoing amidst the poetic landscape.

Sticky Rice Hill is where the new rice harvest celebration ceremony takes place - a traditional cultural and religious practice of the Muong people.

For generations, the people of the Hill Region have cultivated terraced fields. These terraced fields represent the sweat and hard work of countless generations of local people, who diligently created over 400 hectares of farmland on the hills and mountains.

The enchanting beauty of the golden terraced fields nestled amidst the green mountains and hills of Le (Voi Thuong hamlet) at an altitude of over 1,000m above sea level is an attractive destination for tourists to experience and explore .
