In FY 2023–24, crude steel production is expected to reach 144.3 million tonnes, up 13.4%, and finished steel production is expected to reach 139.15 million tonnes, up 13% over the previous year.
India is currently the fourth largest steel import market of Vietnam in 2024, showing strong potential for cooperation between the two countries in this field.
