"We not only turn to our homeland through remittances and direct investment, but also contribute ideas and connect resources, especially knowledge and technology, which is very important for the development of the country in general and Ho Chi Minh City in particular," Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Phan Van Mai emphasized and pledged that Ho Chi Minh City will create favorable conditions for overseas Vietnamese to return to their homeland and Ho Chi Minh City to contribute more.
