British press reported that Red Devils' Director of Football Jason Wilcox and Negotiation Director Matt Hargreaves stepped in last week to convince JJ Gabriel to continue his commitment to MU.
The 14-year-old boy, likened to a "little Messi", is being watched by many football teams. Gabriel's full name is Joseph Junior Andreou Gabriel, he grew up in London and has an Irish passport.

JJ Gabriel has impressed with his skillful techniques in indoor football futsal. His personal coach - Alfie Brooks once shared:
"I've coached nearly 1,000 academy players - four of whom - Josh Nichols (Arsenal), Josh Acheampong (Chelsea), Sydie Peck (Sheffield United) and Tyrique George (Chelsea) - have all made their first-team debuts. However, JJ Gabriel is the best I've ever seen.
The boy will soon play football in the Premier League. Technically, JJ Gabriel is extremely excellent, difficult to compare with anyone at the same age."
At the age of 9, Gabriel became extremely famous with a viral video on Youtube in which he appeared under the nickname "little Messi".
Up to now, JJ Gabriel has been tested on the MU U18 team even though he is only 14 years old. Many talent scouts believe that one day the boy can reach the level of Ronaldo, Neymar or even Messi.
When Ronaldo's son was at the Red Devils academy, Cristiano Jr was very close to JJ Gabriel. CR7 also fell in love with Gabriel and gave him a signed shirt as a farewell gift before moving to Al-Nassr.
