Muay Vietnam aims for 2 gold medals at SEA Games 33

At the upcoming 33rd SEA Games, the Vietnamese Muay team only sets a target of winning 1 to 2 gold medals.

SEA Games 33 will host 18 Muay Thai weight categories, 10 for men and 6 for women, along with two performance categories, Wai Kru and Mai Muay. SEA Games 33 only allows each country to register one fighter to participate in one category, so the competition for medals is extremely fierce.

Muay Vietnam only aims to win 1-2 gold medals. Hope is placed on the women's weight classes of Huynh Ha Huu Hieu, Nguyen Thi Chieu, Dinh Thi Hoa or Nguyen Thi Phuong Hau.

At SEA Games 31, Vietnamese Muay won 4 gold medals. At SEA Games 32, although Muay was not organized, Kun Khmer is quite similar to Muay, we also won 5 gold medals. Muay will compete in Songkhla from December 13-19.
