- According to information from the Lang Son Province Hydrometeorological Station, the water levels of the Ky Cung, Trung, and Bac Giang rivers are above alert level 1 and continue to change.
Specifically, at 1 p.m. on September 30, the water level on the Ky Cung River at Lang Son hydrological station was 253.44 m, 0.56 m below alert level 2; the water level on the Trung River at Huu Lung hydrological station was 17.37 m, 0.37 m above alert level 1; the water level on the Bac Giang River at Van Mich hydrological station was 187.76 m, 0.76 m above alert level 1.

Flood warnings in rivers and streams can cause flash floods, landslides, flooding in riverside and low-lying areas, affecting agricultural production, aquaculture and many local residential areas. Rapidly rising floods pose a danger when traveling through tunnels, spillways, bridges, traffic pipes or areas that are deeply flooded, with fast-flowing water... Therefore, relevant levels, sectors and people need to continue to take proactive and timely response measures to minimize damage.
