On December 23, Le Vinh Toan released the musical film Mien Nho, broadcast on VTV1. Meritorious Artist Tan Nhan and singer Le Anh Dung - two teachers of Le Vinh Toan came to congratulate their student.

Memory tells the story of a boy born in a poor countryside, who has been passionate about singing since he was a child. The boy had a sweet and peaceful childhood, but when he grew up, he encountered family problems. His mother passed away early due to a serious illness, and his father was not healthy, making communication difficult. Life was full of hardships, but the boy always lived in the love of his parents. The father still tried to find ways for his son to fulfill his dream of becoming a singer.

The story in the film is connected by music with folk songs performed by the young singer Le Vinh Toan. In particular, the two songs Nho cha mua khe ngot (Sweet star fruit season) and Song que (Homeland River) were composed by him.

The film recreates the dream and part of real life memories, childhood and desire to become a singer of Le Vinh Toan.

The singer shared that he devoted a lot of his heart to participating in Memory Land , to show gratitude to his hometown Nghe An, the people who influenced his life, musical career, and the pain and hardship he experienced.

Le Vinh Toan was born and raised in the poor countryside of Nghe An , his family has 5 siblings. After finishing 9th grade, seeing his parents struggling to raise their children, he decided to work for hire and support himself.

Going to Sa Pa to work as a security guard for a hotel, the weather was freezing cold but he only had thin clothes. The hotel owner took pity on him and gave him a warm set of clothes, a kindness he still hasn't forgotten.

Whenever he felt sad and homesick, he listened to music and felt that the melodies saved his life. His desire to become a singer arose, he decided to return to his hometown and go to school to make his dream come true.

"My journey to becoming a professional singer went through countless difficulties like the movie, but something I never dared to dream of happened - becoming a student at the Vietnam National Academy of Music," the singer expressed.

Being taken by singer Huyen Trang to meet Meritorious Artist Tan Nhan, who was then Deputy Head of the Vocal Music Department, Le Vinh Toan said his life changed completely.

"Ms. Tan Nhan lent me a house to live in and study for the exam. I felt like I was born again. It can be said that my music career is thanks to Ms. Tan Nhan's help" - Le Vinh Toan confided. Currently, he is being mentored by singer and lecturer Le Anh Dung.
