Previously, in June 2025, the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange received an application for listing nearly 24 million Nam Tan Uyen shares.

Nam Tan Uyen was established in 2004, the shareholder structure recorded 3 major shareholders owning 73.22% of charter capital including Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Company (owning 32.85%), Vietnam Rubber Industry Group - JSC (GVR) holding 20.42% and Saigon VRG Investment Joint Stock Company (owning 19.95%).

Nam Tan Uyen is the investor developing the infrastructure of three main industrial parks (IPs) in Tan Uyen City, Binh Duong Province: Nam Tan Uyen IP with a scale of nearly 332 hectares, Nam Tan Uyen IP expansion with an area of ​​288.52 hectares and Nam Tan Uyen IP expansion phase 2 with an area of ​​346 hectares.

In addition, the enterprise also invests in a number of projects inside and outside the industry such as Binh Long Rubber Industrial Park ( Binh Phuoc , owns 37.79%), Bac Dong Phu Industrial Park (Binh Phuoc, owns 40%), Truong Phat Rubber Joint Stock Company (Owns 20%), Dau Giay Industrial Park (Dong Nai, owns 22.17%).

Regarding business activities, in the second quarter of 2025, Nam Tan Uyen recorded revenue of VND 143.24 billion, an increase of 113.8% over the same period, and profit after tax of VND 97.25 billion, an increase of 48% over the same period. In which, gross profit margin decreased from 63% to 58.9%.

During the period, gross profit increased by 100% over the same period, equivalent to an increase of VND 42.2 billion, to VND 84.38 billion; financial revenue decreased by 9.1%, equivalent to a decrease of VND 4.29 billion, to VND 42.87 billion; financial expenses increased by 265.6%, equivalent to an increase of VND 4.01 billion, to VND 5.52 billion; sales and administrative expenses decreased by 9.1%, equivalent to a decrease of VND 0.97 billion, to VND 9.68 billion and other activities fluctuated insignificantly.

Accumulated in the first half of 2025, Nam Tan Uyen recorded revenue of VND 277.34 billion, an increase of 124.2% over the same period, profit after tax reached VND 166.26 billion, an increase of 27% over the same period last year.

In 2025, Nam Tan Uyen plans to do business with revenue of VND 792.97 billion and profit after tax of VND 284.02 billion. Thus, ending the first half of 2025 with profit after tax reaching VND 166.26 billion, Nam Tan Uyen has completed 58.5% of the yearly plan.
