Nam Tra My urgently allocates and disburses capital for national target programs

The total public investment capital plan for national target programs up to now in Nam Tra My district is more than 136.4 billion VND, disbursed 23.07%; total capital The career of 3 programs is over 226 billion VND, disbursement reached 26%. Nam Tra My has arranged capital to make payment for completed volume for 36 projects, carry out the transfer of 42 projects, 11 new projects started

The district is urgently allocating and disbursing capital sources to ongoing projects and works, with a commitment to disburse 100% of the allocated capital plan to pay for completed volumes for projects with approved final settlement by June 20; by June 30, 2025, the disbursement will be made to ensure the ratio in accordance with the direction in Directive No. 04 dated February 3, 2025 of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province.

Regarding the removal of temporary and dilapidated houses, Nam Tra My district has 1,813 households receiving support to build new houses and repair them, with a total cost of more than 31.3 billion VND. By June 11, 1,361 houses had been completed, and the remaining houses are being urged to be completed.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan affirmed that the average disbursement rate of Nam Tra My is only 17%, which is very low compared to the general rate of the whole province. The remaining disbursement of more than 272.5 billion VND is very large and stressful.

The spirit is that the district-level activities will end on June 30, so it is determined that from now until June 25, we must mainly focus on transition, because focusing on disbursement is extremely difficult. Therefore, the district assigned staff to ensure that the completed programs and projects must be finalized; those that are not completed must be transferred. The district reviewed all documents and systems to ensure they are ready for transfer.

Another thing is that the district must allocate capital completely before June 20, so that localities can transition smoothly. Regarding the elimination of temporary houses, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan requested the district to try to complete housing for people with meritorious services before July 27; other houses to be completed before September 30, 2025.
