I have been admitted to Hanoi University of Science and Technology, wondering about the difference between studying programming in the direction of Data Science and AI and what is the difference between Computer Science.
In early June, I received the early admission results for the Data Science and Artificial Intelligence major at Hanoi University of Science and Technology. I am wondering if to study this major, I need to have good Math and programming skills, specifically Python, R, Java, right?
I also do not know if learning programming in the direction of Data Science and AI is different from learning programming in the direction of Computer Science (IT1) at school. What is the difference between the programming thinking of these two majors? I hope to receive advice and suggestions from everyone.
