At the rally, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Young Doctors Association announced the program "Comprehensive Healthcare Access - Vietnamese Healthcare Soaring in the New Era," in collaboration with 10 technology companies and groundbreaking artificial intelligence (AI) solutions. These companies had passed a rigorous selection process to become the core of the healthcare innovation network.

Speaking at the event, Dr. Ha Anh Duc, President of the Vietnam Young Doctors Association, said that the health sector aims for every Vietnamese citizen to receive a health check-up at least once a year starting in 2026.
To realize this goal, Vietnam needs to build a proactive healthcare ecosystem – from large-scale screening and continuous health management to data interoperability and remote professional support. The "Comprehensive Healthcare Access - Vietnamese Healthcare Empowering in the New Era" program is a practical step towards achieving this goal, based on a collaborative model involving the State, experts, businesses, and the community.

On this occasion, Hanoi University of Science and Technology and the global biopharmaceutical group AstraZeneca collaborated to inaugurate the AZ-HUST Healthcare Innovation Center. The center is expected to become an ecosystem for nurturing technological talent, promoting applied research, knowledge transfer, and developing digital solutions to address Vietnam's pressing healthcare challenges.
