The Ho Chi Minh City area is forecast to maintain stable weather patterns during the first few days of the week.

According to information from the National Center for Meteorological and Hydrological Forecasting (Department of Meteorology and Hydrology) and the Department of Dike Management and Disaster Prevention, on December 15th, due to the influence of a cold front, the Northern region and the provinces of Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, and Ha Tinh experienced scattered rain. The weather remained cold, with some mountainous areas experiencing severe cold.

The lowest temperatures in the Northern Delta region are generally between 13-16 degrees Celsius; in the midland and mountainous areas, they range from 9-12 degrees Celsius, with some high mountain areas experiencing temperatures below 8 degrees Celsius.

In North Central Vietnam, the lowest temperature is 15-18 degrees Celsius, and the average temperature is 17-19 degrees Celsius.

In Hanoi specifically, on December 15th, the morning will be cloudy with no rain and cold weather. The lowest temperatures in the northern and western areas of Hanoi will be 14-16 degrees Celsius, while in central and southern Hanoi they will be 15-17 degrees Celsius. Cloud cover will decrease in the afternoon, with occasional sunshine; the highest temperatures will reach 21-23 degrees Celsius, and 22-24 degrees Celsius in the central area. This weather pattern will continue until December 16th in Hanoi.
