The area from Quang Tri to Da Nang will have rain, moderate rain, and locally heavy rain, with rainfall generally ranging from 20-50mm, and locally exceeding 80mm, posing a risk of localized flooding in low-lying urban areas and landslides in hilly and mountainous regions.

At sea, the Gulf of Tonkin will experience strong northeasterly winds of force 6-7, gusting to force 8, with rough seas and waves 2-4 meters high. In the northern South China Sea (including the Hoang Sa Islands), northeasterly winds will be force 7-8, gusting to force 9-10, with waves 4-6 meters high.

In the sea area from southern Quang Tri to Ca Mau , between the East Sea and the southwestern East Sea (including the sea area west of Truong Sa), the northeast wind will gradually strengthen to level 6, sometimes level 7, gusting to level 8-9, with waves 3-5m high. The southern East Sea (including the Truong Sa sea area) and the Gulf of Thailand will experience scattered showers and thunderstorms; tornadoes and strong gusts of wind are possible during thunderstorms.
