The Ministry of Home Affairs deploys key tasks for the last 6 months of 2024

On the afternoon of July 19, the Department of Home Affairs held a conference to review the work of the first 6 months of the year, deploy key tasks for the last 6 months of 2024 of the Home Affairs Sector; launch a special emulation campaign to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the tradition of the State Organization Sector (August 2, 1945 - August 2, 2025). Attending the conference were representatives of the Home Affairs Departments of districts, towns, cities and administrative and personnel departments of departments, branches and units in the whole province.

In the first 6 months of 2024, seriously implementing the directions of the Central Government and the province, the Department of Home Affairs of Quang Ninh province has proactively organized and completed the assigned goals and tasks associated with the implementation of the province's 2024 working theme "Improving the quality of economic growth; developing culture and people rich in Quang Ninh identity". In particular, it has advised on many large, high-quality tasks and work programs such as: Building a job position project; Project on arranging administrative units at district and commune levels in Quang Ninh province for the period 2023 - 2025; recruitment and management of civil servants and public employees; training and fostering; emulation and reward work ; administrative reform work ;... Inspection and examination of public service to maintain discipline and order have been strengthened, gradually overcoming the situation of pushing and avoiding. Implementing digital transformation, the Department of Home Affairs has reviewed, supplemented, and updated the database on cadres, civil servants, and public employees of Quang Ninh province to ensure synchronization and connection with the national database managed by the Ministry of Home Affairs . Continue to advise the Provincial People's Committee to strengthen, tighten, and improve the effectiveness of state management of beliefs and religions; proactively and promptly grasp the situation and handle arising issues. The field of documents and archives has been focused on ensuring the safety and promoting the value of historical archives.

Continue to review and arrange the organizational apparatus of agencies, units and localities according to the regulations of the central government and the province; advise on the implementation of the completion of the 2024 Quang Ninh province civil servant recruitment period, effectively implement the content of administrative reform; strengthen state management of religious activities; strengthen inspection and examination of public service activities, tighten discipline and order...; contribute to the whole province to successfully achieve socio-economic development goals.
